NEKCOA Welcomes Kaitlyn Young

The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Young as our new Executive Administrative Assistant. She will be responsible for managing the reception area for the Council and support the administrative and customer service needs of the St. Johnsbury and Newport offices.

Kaitlyn brings extensive experience in office administrative support. She served as the sales associate for Audiocare in Newport, VT. She is proficient in Excel, Google Docs, and QuickBooks.

“Kaitlyn has hit the ground running. Her organizational and communication skills were well recommended, and we are pleased to have her on our team. Her friendly smile and energy have already been very well received by clients with calls to our helpline,” said Meg Burmeister, Executive Director of the NEKCOA.

Kaitlyn lives in Barton with her fiancé and two children. She enjoys hiking, painting, and spending time with her children.
