"I have just finished an appointment with Dawn Mitchell who helped my mother. We drove out to Island Pond and were delighted with her services. She was extremely professional, extremely warm, and knows her stuff. Having done a similar job for many, many years, I just have to tell you she was great. She was very respectful of my mother's hearing loss. She also was very respectful of listening to, and addressing, questions and responses to my mother. Thank you. Jan Caswell
