Personalized support to help you eat well and stay independent—at no cost to you.

3SquaresVT is a nutrition program that helps stretch your food and grocery dollars. It’s designed to support your health, independence, and peace of mind. At the Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging, we provide free, confidential help to explore your eligibility and guide you through the application process.

We take a client-focused approach—your comfort, privacy, and individual needs come first. Whether over the phone or in person, we’ll work with you to make sure the process is simple and respectful.

Don’t count yourself out. Many older Vermonters are surprised to find they qualify—even if they own a home or have a vehicle. Eligibility depends on your income and expenses, not your assets.
