"Andrea was very helpful and was able to quickly evaluate my sister’s situation and provide information and best options for coverage. She provided the proper application forms for completion and advised on the timing of submission for the application. That is, noting when the forms should be returned for processing prior to the Medicare coverage “begin-date”.
