The Annual Fund

When we address the needs of older Vermonters, we improve the lives of all Vermonters.

Join our mission to allow Vermonters to choose where and how they live.

We rely on the financial support of grateful clients, their extended families, and civic-minded residents who understand that philanthropic giving to our programs and services improves the quality of life for everyone who calls the Northeast Kingdom home.

The Annual Fund is our annual giving program that raises the non-restricted revenue to fill the gaps where state and federal funding fall short.

Your Gift for Tomorrow
is a new campaign of planned giving. Because each gift is unique, we are available to help you explore the possibilities and make your bequest easy to put in place. To get started, please contact us at (802) 748-5182.

Monies raised from our generous donors helps to support many different programs, including :

  • Meals on Wheels, the nutritious delivery and friendly visit that also serves as a safetycheck for older Vermonters who might live alone.
  • Rural Community Transportation (RCT), the service that helps a senior in need get to a doctor’s appointment, the grocery store, the laundromat, or even one of our fitness classes or community dining rooms.
  • Senior Companions that matches a homebound individual with a trained volunteer who helps in the chores of daily living, including playing chess, going for rides for ice cream, and watching TV.
  • Help At Home in which experienced case managers work with you to design a personal care plan that will meet your in-home needs so you can live with dignity and independence for as long as possible.
